@danila8621 I think you make a good point - he doesn't really answer the boxer's question, he just shows that his punches are still powerful without momentum from the ground, but doesn't explain.

As I understand it, it is because this technique 1) uses the mass of the arm more, 2) removes tension that pulls the fist backwards, and 3) focuses on the target as a human being (not boxing bag), how to sink the fist into the body and organs in a way that is more painful. (But yes, he doesnt explain)
