I just read as the previous post says that Chrissy has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer after already having MS. As most I know of The Divinyls for the song 'I Touch Myself'. They had a song on a compilation album I had from the 1980's but I wasn't familiar with that song and forget which one. I decided to check out this video as it was mentioned in the article I read. Chrissy has a very good voice. I would like to wish Chrissy the best of luck in her battle with Breast Cancer and MS.
This song is awesome and provides an example of the trials and tribulations that many of us face (or have a knowledge of).

Christina Amphlett is the best thing to hit Rock and Roll since the late 60's early 70's.
She's the only one that meant anything. I grew up then I know, she touched on what no none else would....the only one who came close was Grace Slick and she was Censored. Nuff' Said.

To be honest, watching the Chrissie interview on Sunday Night was on one hand uplifting, but also horrible and confronting. As a huge fan of her and the Divinyls, to see this once vibrant and amazing woman now needing a stick to walk properly was just awful.
I have a bad feeling about the return of her cancer. From experience of people I've known, secondary cancer is not a good sign at all and I'm afraid for her wellbeing.

There is no female singer today that can even come close to Chrissie`s style and blatant raw stage presence and talent.
To see her in concert she is amazing.

I just read as the previous post says that Chrissy has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer after already having MS. As most I know of The Divinyls for the song 'I Touch Myself'. They had a song on a compilation album I had from the 1980's but I wasn't familiar with that song and forget which one. I decided to check out this video as it was mentioned in the article I read. Chrissy has a very good voice. I would like to wish Chrissy the best of luck in her battle with Breast Cancer and MS.

Chrissy is one of our Aussie greatest artists.
This song is awesome and provides an example of the trials and tribulations that many of us face (or have a knowledge of).
If Gamble77713 is correct we wish Chrissy the best and we will be saying a prayer (whether she likes it or not).
Pleasure and Pain has a wicked side to it but I know many others who refer to it as inspirational in the face of adversity. The song touches a huge diversity of people with different problems.
