There is not even a thousand. How do i know? I live near the base. The british armed forces are small enough only 200,000 which is tiny and then the goverment get's us into an illegal war and the poor blokes get no more money. I would guess u are anti nukes?

Nuclear weapons will not protect us from people who strap bombs to them selves and nuclear weapons are the biggest waste of money ever a weapon that cant be used is useless and if it is used it would speed up the extinction of the human race.
I know they do not protect us from terrorists they deter other countries. I would be a strong supporter of getting rid of them if other countries did the same. I do not think they are a waste of money as the money would not be spent otherwise which a lot of people do not recognise. I agree that their use would almost certinaly lead to extinction of mankind.

The countries of the S.American countries have made a pact not to try to develope nukes and if they can do that we as the "developed world" should be able to get rid of them

Ahhh! ok thanks i learn something new every day. If places like China changed to be democratic, North Korea and Iran i would be happy in a nuclear free world. I honestly think one day that there will be a bigger threat to our existence than each other, but then again it is in human nature to fight and to some extent to be violent. There are 3 things that worry me as such and that is Islam, the Goverment and biological weapons.
