I recommend that you might look at the Madcow Rocketry Nike Smoke Kit. They are all fiberglass parts and vwery well made. I am currently working on a 2-stage Nike/Nike Smoke project using a mash up of two of their 2.6" Nike Smoke kits. They also have 38mm motor mounts in them so you could fly small J size engines if you dare to.
