Offroad, the truck is a wild beast and you hold the reins. I won't diss anyone else's truck, but for my money, I would buy it again in a second and pay more more than I did. If another truck can make it, the Raptor could proably bomb through at 70-80 mph....it's truly that impressive. Every time I drive it, i get a grin pasted on my mug.
@lam6gun Only drawbacks I can find is in close-quarters 4x4 handling. You better have some room to move...although having a backup camera was INCREDIBLE.

The width in that most of the other 4x4 ruts are narrower than the Raptor by maybe 8-10 inches (which is not a huge issue...i just widen the old ruts. But the wheelbase, being as long as it is with the SCrew, getting through the trees and other obstructions takes some work (not a complaint, just a fact I am more than happy to deal with).

the way standard warranties work is that there has to be proof of quality difficiency in material or craftsmanship. SOoooo if you can prove that you werent doing anything that the truck WAS NOT designed for... in the end ford can afford much better lawyers then you.
@bigbradford69 Warranties varry. For this specific model, the warranty guidelines state that if the truck has a malfunction (such as a blown shock; which isn't likely at all) they will replace it. Anything the Ford is built for is covered, they just don't want you going out to the desert and hitting it with a pickaxe then wanting repairs.

@cal920c I never owned a craptor but i have owned 2 f150 fx4 and they do not even come close to keeping up with my tundra in any area of performance. They also spent more time back at the dealer then my tundra. I would not try to jump any truck . I have a TRX 450R for that. Oh and by the way my tundra will smoke that raptor 0-100 any day.
