The description explains the entire thing pretty clearly:

A friend who works for Hill Holliday, the ad agency in Boston that did the new America Runs On Dunkin commercials, sent me this. Apparently, it was done for the company's anniversary party. The guy in the elevator at the beginning is the agency president, Mike Sheehan. Pretty funny.

In other words, the ad company that did Dunkin Donuts' ads made this spoof for fun for their anniversary.
