Co-washing is less harah on the hair compared to a shampoo wash and condition. Do a hair strand test (or check out the Wen Informercial... if you don't own a microscope), you will see the difference in the hair... scientific fact.

To co-wash is using a conditioner in place of shampoo... to loosen the dirt and remove product for the hair. Many with kinky or curly hair use this method of washing...it will not strip the hair of it's moisture like the detergents in shampoo does. However many with kinky or curly hair shampoo after a period of time..myself it depends on the products I've used... weather I co-wash or shampoo. Hope this helps.

so glad you did this video...I am currently using the totally twisted and was wondering if the hello hydration would be a better option. I think i'll stick with the totally twisted conditioner, i absolutely love it!

No I haven't had any bad issues with the HETT. Sorry to hear others are losing their hair.

ok....i use this product and it is awesome!!!! I co wash daily with this daily AND use it as a leave in.......this product along with herbal essence set me up gel goes hand in hand and gives me better coil/curl definition the Ecostyoer....I moisturize nightly ith shea butter mixed with castor oil...herbal essence totally twisted conditioner and shampoo along with set me up gel are my staples.....May God Bless you

It's so thick and it smells so good.

The price is reasonable too =)

It's equal to those TIGI products i spend ...so much on!

i would prefer this..rather than A TIGI product which is so costly!

Hi Icandykeytee,

This product is made for hair that is natrually curly. I don't believe it will give curl definition to hair that is natrually straight. Hope this helps.

im a 4*, and i am lookin into gettin more of the flavors... cuz im a product junkie. i like hte long term relationship, and i been stalling on hello hydration cuz i give myself cocnut treatments ANYWAY. so it totally it cool im down to try it.
