i think if full hollow ichigo had completed cero ichigo would have learned to use cero but since he won his inner battle before the cero was fired he had lost the ability to have learned cero and since most of the vizards can fire ceros that probably means they fired a cero before winning their inner battles

He refused to use his bankai on Aizen, so I doubt he would use it on ichigo, who's really significantly weaker than Aizen without Mugetsu, but I think Mugetsu vs Yamamoto is a hard call....

When he is in the human world and goes half hollow his body looks like that but in the hollow word it looks different as well. All he did was take full control of his hollow powers in hueco mundo thats all.His hollow has more control here than when he fought ulquiorra.Read the manga and listen to what his hollow told him about life and death

@RamukReborn He didn't take full control in Hueco Mundo at all, that was his FULL Hollow Form, possibly an evolution of his previous state, as he had little to no idea of what he was doing, remember, he tried to kill Ishida, he'd have never had done that if it was him in control.
