Its a massive Goldfish. I think she's the mother of a lot of those babys.

What fish do you have mendonca ? I know Koi can be very destructive but goldfish dont usually eat the plants. Or at least mine dont. Also if its a newish pond the first year is the worst and it can be disheartening when nothing seems to go right. I suggest you plant some flag iris and reedmace in containers on the margin so the fish cant touch them. But i got to warn you they are invasive.
