I wonder why Marina didn't opt for Life Orb with Protect and Last Resort. She could have dealt out much more damage with that set and taken less herself.
@bobotehmonsta There is an ability called "Poison Heal" that some Pokemon like Breloom have. When the Pokemon is poisoned, it gains the same amount of HP it would normally lose.
I never noticed that toxic spikes change their size and distance away from the Pokemon based on the Pokemon's side. I know that they seem to move around randomly, but this was pretty interesting to notice too.
@elektricalkid Actually, abilities do not depend on gender. I have a female Eevee with Adaptability. It lives on my Pokewalker. Abilities are random chance.
THAT WAS ONE AMAZING EEVEE! Eevee is my favorite Pokemon, so it's nice to see one out there that's power-packed! The use of Toxic Orb and facade was impressive. You'd think to go afater Slow-king, because how much damage could a small little Eevee do? Ah, that's what she wants you to think, muahahahaha!
Hi, i really need your help, i'm going to do my first EV training on my riolu for ATT & SPD, he has already pokerus and the good Nature, how do i train hiù the best ? only with low level pokemon ? i'm pretty confused about EV training, maybe you can say how you trained your lucario, i'm not goin,g to kopie him or something (; but i think i can get much of help out of it,
The level of the wild Pokémon don't matter at all, as long as they're the same species. A Magikarp will always give 1 EV for Speed, no matter if it's Level 1 or Level 100.
As for EV training itself, my favorite place for Attack is Twinleaf Town, using the Super Rod. Gyarados and Seaking are the only two Pokémon you'll find, and both give off 2 EVs for Attack by themselves. For Speed, look for Fisherman Andrew west of Eterna on the bridge; he's the third one from the left. He has 6 Magikarps.
If you get 4EV's The stat will rise 1 time if lvl up, but if you get 8 EV's in one lvl, you get 1 or 2 extra points in that stat ? and if you get 3 EV's in a lvl, are that wasted EV's ? or will you get that extra point the next lvl if you get one EV more ?
You don't get them right away. You'll have to count up the EVs for yourself, since the Pokémon won't get all of the EVs you invest in it until Level 100.
For instance, if a Pokémon has 100 EVs in Attack, that equates to a 25-point gain. But you won't get the 25 points all at once. You'd get 1 point every now and then.
I'm bussy EVing my riolu, he's lvl 15 and has already max EV's for attack, 4 for HP and 126 for speed, i think i'm almost ready, but, if you Have all the 510 EV's, can you train him to lvl 50 or something in the league ?
Unfortunatly I haven't got a Custap berry, so I rely on Focus Sash and a low speed to get beaten up first, and retaliate even better. Maybe I'll try that Custap Berry thing, if I manage to get one :O.
Of course, they often ask for stuff like Level 100 Magikarps or Level 5 Dialgas, so this task is easier said than done. I came across someone who did this though, and he traded me a Skitty holding a Custap Berry yesterday. I haven't had time for it to grow yet, so don't ask me for one...yet.

im impressed with the battle, just a comment, at the begining it was a lil too predictable that gastrodon wasn't gonna get hit by eevee because she had already seen counter.

What is the power multiplier for the toxic orb?
bobotehmonsta 10 months ago
@bobotehmonsta What, with Guts?
Overhazard 10 months ago
@Overhazard No, you get badly poisoned, but you get a certain power multiplier from it, for example I think the Life Orb boosts it 1.3 times normal.
bobotehmonsta 10 months ago
@bobotehmonsta There's no power boost from the Toxic Orb. It simply poisons the user badly.

lucario467 1 year ago
@lucario467 It multiplies the attack's power x1.5.
Overhazard 1 year ago
@Overhazard Adaptability changes the 1.5x STAB(same type attack bonus) boost into 2x STAB
Eddyman17 1 year ago
@lucario467 It actually makes STAB (same type attack bonus) a x2 attack bonus rather than x1.5.
Garbodium 7 months ago
wow an eevee that has adaptability would pull of really strong normal attacks!
facade would double with adaptibility then with its pure normal type and add it with a status problem and its damage would reach around 280-300!

Thanks, but i've one more question,
If you get 4EV's The stat will rise 1 time if lvl up, but if you get 8 EV's in one lvl, you get 1 or 2 extra points in that stat ? and if you get 3 EV's in a lvl, are that wasted EV's ? or will you get that extra point the next lvl if you get one EV more ?

You don't get them right away. You'll have to count up the EVs for yourself, since the Pokémon won't get all of the EVs you invest in it until Level 100.

BlessTheFallx3 3 years ago
Once a Pokémon gets all its EVs, you can train it anywhere you want. It won't matter.
Overhazard 3 years ago
and does every Full EV trained ATT lucario a attack of 162 ? (lvl 50)
(without the natures)
BlessTheFallx3 3 years ago
No. IVs will make stats slightly different. You don't have to be concerned too much about IVs though. (Maybe except in Speed.)
Overhazard 3 years ago
I think the maximum increase from 31 IVs is somewhere between 8-10.
TemaShika24 3 years ago
ok, I'm ready,
his att is 152
and speed 140
Is he good enough ?
or can i do something more to make his stats better ?
BlessTheFallx3 3 years ago
Well, if you've EV trained him completely, there isn't any more you can do other than put him in battles to raise his Level. So yeah, you're fine.

TheonlyrealBeef 3 years ago
Of course, training an Eevee is not an easy task. They're often specialized due to Adaptability, but I usually see Return rather than Facade.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Flail can work well, too!
TheonlyrealBeef 3 years ago
That's true. It's way riskier than Return, however. (Of course, if you give it Endure and a Custap Berry, it'll work out just fine.)
Overhazard 3 years ago
Unfortunatly I haven't got a Custap berry, so I rely on Focus Sash and a low speed to get beaten up first, and retaliate even better. Maybe I'll try that Custap Berry thing, if I manage to get one :O.

TheonlyrealBeef 3 years ago

Nidoking is so versatile, he can attack from both sides of the spectrum. It keeps 'em guessing.

im impressed with the battle, just a comment, at the begining it was a lil too predictable that gastrodon wasn't gonna get hit by eevee because she had already seen counter.

Eevee is a beast! An adorable little beast. You both did great and are definetely my favorite pokemon battlers on Youtube...or anywhere for that matter.
