  • thanks for posting this.

my family lived in the toole house on the corner of river rd. and grove, 1967-1972, the house is enchanted, my favorite house of all time. it is ruined now the man who lives there has cars and junk all over the property, i think it is a shame.

  • Don, wonderful piece you've done here. Thank you for sharing.

Your 'rent' harkens to a fondly remembered time.

    Again, thank you.

  • Tend the Grass! Yeesh! It'd be close to, $500/month now?

  • Beautiful job, thank you!

  • Don thanks for a great video. It brings back many memories as I graduated from UM in 1958 with you. Did I notice a picture of the Sigma Chi house :). Also the house being torn down looks like the Phi Delt house where I lived. My wife and I think of returning to Missoula but we are unsure if we can make the transition from Florida to Montana. Does it still snow there???

    Thanks again for the video.

  • Does it still snow? Does Florida still worry about hurricane season?

  • Kudos to Don Oliver for a really well done piece!

  • Too bad the city condemned one of these historic homes while my roommates and I were living in it. It was on Eddy St. - we had five days to move out, in the middle of the semester... Luckily I can laugh at it now. Go Griz!

  • What a wonderful piece on a very special historic neighborhood. Those homes are gorgeous! Way to go Don Oliver!
