I'm using Esprit, but it is not a good cam-system for five axis simultan milling. A lot of manual programming work is needed to get it to work properly.
I'm using a pulley at the C-axis 4:1, at the A axis I'm using a selfmade gear, but it has a small play in the A-axis, about 5 arc-second, the C-axis has no play. I'm building a new one with an improved gear in both axis.

What kind of gears did you use for A & B axis, ball reducer, harmonic drive or something else, looks wery sturdy?
