  • Fascinating thanks for sharing.

  • Number one rule of urban exploration, take only pictures and leave only footprints nice discovery bet the family would love to have it.

  • I know you said you don't want to sell it, but I would bet that there are family descendants somewhere that would love to have that album!

  • Wow, what an amazing find. This is awesome. Thanks so much for sharing. :) You're beautiful and sweet, btw. <3

  • So strange that a family album would have been left behind. Suggests that there were no members of the family still living at the time when the house was abandoned. It's nice that someone is preserving their album.

  • @claytonjacobs10 good.

  • Thanks for showing us the photos :) Very cool!

  • What are some of the names, Cari? It should be quite easy to find some of them on genealogy

    websites!?

  • @mikegerrish good idea!

  • What a lovely find! I say scan it :)

  • you are very sweet <3

  • Awesome photo album that was a find and a half . Lol pitty you wouldnt sell it? Id pay $250+ us dollars for it .

  • @bro031 i'd never ever sell it, sorry! :[

  • You need to get on Ancestry and search the names. Always fascinating to find the stories behind the names and faces, we've bought some turn of the century postcards showing our local area, and have ended up looking up the people sending and receiving the messages too. Thanks for the video, great find!!

  • @DeepcutMark i'll try to do that, good idea!

  • Lovely, very nice that Liberty style...

  • your voice is lovely.

  • @Emmahahah really? thankyou :]

  • That is an awesome find, older intact family albums are somewhat rare, most albums have been emptied and the photos sold off piece by piece.

  • This is amazing!

  • Im both fascinated and infatuated.

Is there a state archive in Illinois with which you could inquire about these families?

Also you may be able to document these using a digital camera and macro lens on a tripod and some bright, difuse lighting.

    Thanks for sharing.

  • Wow, your stunning

  • @SHENKLEMAN ty :]

  • An amazing find Cari! I wonder if you could ever find family members to pass it on to
