Why is this bum not in jail? Delay was forced to resign as House Majority Leader when he was indicted in 2005 on CRIMINAL charges of conspiracy to violate election laws in 2002 by a Texas grand jury. How much longer will it take before this man is tried? The jailed lobbyist Jack Abramoff provided DeLay with trips, gifts, and political donations in exchange for favors to Abramoff's lobbying clients.
