Seems they did'nt do the pre check after crew change. Like I see them doing here in my town. Good video thowe. Check out my trains if you get a chance.

Well there shouldn't have been any crew change. The crew will switch out in about ten miles at Cincinnati.

Yes, it is about 5 miles or so from the Ohio River and Cincinnati, Ohio.
