He has reminded me of so many of the older men of God, who preached the Word without compromise. He lines up with the Word, there is nothing but truth in what he speaks. I had never heard of the Pastor Tony Smith, but as I was looking through You tube Saturday evening, to hear some good Apostolic Holiness preaching, I came upon Pastor Smith and I said here is a true man of God!

I've never heard Pastor Smith say "I'm sending you to hell"," I think I know everything". But I have heard Pastor Smith read something from the scriptures, then say if what people are doing is contrary to that scripture they are going to hell, and it's true, none of us can get by if we decide to live contrary to God word.
In a nutshell the man is confrontational in all his ways. He preaches to offend people. He even said himself that you can't change people unless you offend them; which is an all out lie. That right there proves that he preaches to offend. The bible says "with love have I drawn thee". It didnt say with offense have I drawn thee.
The man may not come out and say "im sending you to hell I knmow everything" but that is the message that he sends when he opens his mouth. First of all the spirit of pride is all over him. Can you honestly say that you've seen Pastor Smith mistread anyone? Loud preaching doesn't count. I can document in God's word when people were offended at the things Jesus said. Read John 6:61-66 many of Jesus's discples deserted him because they were offended, he did not chase them, yet he didn't drop a standard not once. Christ wasn't this timid, soft-acting wimp that people have painted him to be. He spoke with arthuority, and he expect us to do the same.

Jesus spoke out against sin and he did so with authority, but Jesus was NOT a confrontational person. This man exhalts himself with idiotic statements like " I ain't no hand puppet".
You hit the nail on the head, people are ofended because the chose to be, if you are living a holy life tha lines up with scripture, Nothing Pastor says should offend you. "Yeah, they gone be hot with me" is another way of saying " they are gone to be offended because of me, and I can note in the bible where Jesus said that not only were people offend by him, but becuase of him.
Read Matthew 15:1-14, about the way Jesus went out of his way to offend the Pharisees so bad, even Peter questioned him and said "Knowest thou not that the Pharisees were offended", but Jesus did not drop a standard, Jesus said in the next verse "Lete them alone: they be the blind leaders of the blind. And if the bline lead the blind, both shall fall in the ditch".
Jesus called these false leaders blind leaders of the blind, now that what I call "in your face preaching" . But when Pastor Smith follows Christ's example, first thing folk say, "Jesus wasn't like that, he never tried to offend anybody" . Mat15:1-14, calling leader blind to their faces is about as trying to offend them as trying can get.
Jesus knew that because He was teaching truth there would still be those who would reject Him. But unlike Smith Jesus did not go around with the intentions of ticking people off. This man is CONFRONTATIONAL. The man said it himself that the only way to change people was to offend them; and that is an all out lie.
Smith has you so convinced that every word he says is true that even when he is in error you can't see it. Its almost like you glorify him more than you do God. I can show you in scripture where he is in error and you break your neck to find scripture to try to prove he is right.
And the sad part about the whole thing is that the man has a problem with almost everyone except him, his followers and that other man Jones. The man said you can give him all the props you want but if you sit in a church (holiness or not) that is doing the things that he say is wrong you are still going to hell.
And the reason why I know that he would have a problem with some of the same people who give him praise is that the holiness church was founded upon practices such as speaking in tongues, and some of the same folks on here that belong to holiness churches I know they do that, and he got on here and bashed that too.
I go to a baptist church so that is not something that is widely practiced, but you might go to a holiness church, but if this man visited your church he would find fault there too.

And what Christ meant in Mat 10:34 is when you walk in light while a family member walk in darkness, Tha what Christ meant by not bring peace, but a sword.

Matthew 10:34 is talking about not expecting your life to be peaceful just because you have accepted Christ especially since there will be family memebers and those close to you who will reject chrsit and you when you accept Him.

You also misquoted 1Cr 13:9-10. That is making references to the second coming of Christ and his perfect church in God's Holy land Jeruselum Rev 21:2 documents this. Until God's holy city is built, we are still obigated to operate in truth according to God's word.
no what that scripture was implying was that when Jesus comes we will have a full understandning. The scriptures says we know in part and prophesy in part meaning that right now we only have a partial understanding which will change when we see Him face to face.

Until Christ returns and build his holy City in Rev 21:2, and we meet him face to face, all we can go by is what is written in the bible by God's holy prophets and Apostles . So we can't afford to see something written in the bible then say, "well maybe he didn't mean that" Until Christ returns and makes it clear what he means, if it's written, that should settle it.
It's clear that you can't divide the word of God, you quote John 3:17, to try and say Christ didn't come to condemn the world, but stopped short because in the same chapter John 3:19, Christ tells us why some people are condemned, because they chose darkness rather than light. Pastor Smith doesn't have to worry about finding fault with my church. Because the day I find out that my Pastor is doing things that doesn't line up with the word of God, then I'm outta there anyhow. And I told my Pastor that. See, that's you problem, you think it's about Pastor Smith when it's really about holiness, I go to another church than Pastor Smith becuase I live in a different state than Pastor Smith. I follow God's dietary law because being a biology teacher, I know first hand that those animals aren't very good for you health wise anyway, but Your salvation is no longer dictated by the Dietary laws, just like your salvation is no longer dictated by circumsision.

That makes good sense too as the pig is full of worms (Trichnie). These words cause many health issues and no prayer has removed the worms thus far.

Why do you think god changed the law concerning the consumption of swine? Was god evolving? Or am I misunderstanding somethiing. Pastor Smith made a good point about swine.
Well basically, a lot of the customs involving the law such as circumsision, burnt offerings, and dietary laws are no longer required for salvation. However don't confuse that with the commandments involving the proper way humans are to conduct themselves. Not Killing, stealing, adultery, honoring the sabbath, and many other conduct laws are still very much in effect.
The Catholic church has caused so much error and controversy in the churches today. Beware of the mark of the beast! There is no other church that will take the Lord's Sabbath which is Saturday and turn it to Sunday the first day of the week.

GOD never give a Law and takes it back unless it is fufilled such as the Law of Sacrifice that was filled by Christ. Acts 10 is referring to fraternizing with the Gentile (read it all it speaks for itself). I work at Children's Hospital here in Arkansas and in this new job i have encountered sooooo many people that are being misled by their pastor. I am just suggesting that we should know our Creator for ourselves. When you study(not read only) the sacred script, you have to consider that these are MEN writing letters, and epistles. YHWH did use them for mightly, but not all of their ideas were from Him. If we look at them as saviors, then we are worshipping incorrectly.(just think) That is why it is important to study without a bias orthodox dogmatic mentality. (Please don't challenge be biblically)

He has reminded me of so many of the older men of God, who preached the Word without compromise. He lines up with the Word, there is nothing but truth in what he speaks. Cant nobody go against the Word of God, or a preacher who preaches the true Word of God. So praise be to God and to the man of God! These preachers make it seem as though you can live any life and still be blessed of the Lord. You can't live any kind of life and still name the name of Christ. Christ is telling us that when we try to justify our righteousness by how well we keep the law He says Christ is of no effect to us and grace no longer belongs to us, for we have fallen from it. If the keeping of the law was all we had to do to be saved then why did Jesus die?

I've never heard Pastor Smith say "I'm sending you to hell"," I think I know everything". But I have heard Pastor Smith read something from the scriptures, then say if what people are doing is contrary to that scripture they are going to hell, and it's true, none of us can get by if we decide to live contrary to God word.

In a nutshell the man is confrontational in all his ways. He preaches to offend people. He even said himself that you can't change people unless you offend them; which is an all out lie. That right there proves that he preaches to offend. The bible says "with love have I drawn thee". It didnt say with offense have I drawn thee.

Can you honestly say that you've seen Pastor Smith mistread anyone? Loud preaching doesn't count. I can document in God's word when people were offended at the things Jesus said. Read John 6:61-66 many of Jesus's discples deserted him because they were offended, he did not chase them, yet he didn't drop a standard not once. Christ wasn't this timid, soft-acting wimp that people have painted him to be. He spoke with arthuority, and he expect us to do the same.

"Yeah, they gone be hot with me" is another way of saying " they are gone to be offended because of me, and I can note in the bible where Jesus said that not only were people offend by him, but becuase of him.

It doesn't take 15 responses to get your point across if your idea of peacemaking is dropping a standard, then that wrong. 2Cor 6:14 makes it's very clear, light and darkness cannot fellowship with each other. And what Christ meant in Mat 10:34 is when you walk in light while a family member walk in darkness, Tha what Christ meant by not bring peace, but a sword.

Matthew 10:34 is talking about not expecting your life to be peaceful just because you have accepted Christ especially since there will be family memebers and those close to you who will reject chrsit and you when you accept Him.

You also misquoted 1Cr 13:9-10. That is making references to the second coming of Christ and his perfect church in God's Holy land Jeruselum Rev 21:2 documents this. Until God's holy city is built, we are still obigated to operate in truth according to God's word.

no what that scripture was implying was that when Jesus comes we will have a full understandning. The scriptures says we know in part and prophesy in part meaning that right now we only have a partial understanding which will change when we see Him face to face.

Until Christ returns and build his holy City in Rev 21:2, and we meet him face to face, all we can go by is what is written in the bible by God's holy prophets and Apostles . So we can't afford to see something written in the bible then say, "well maybe he didn't mean that" Until Christ returns and makes it clear what he means, if it's written, that should settle it.

It's clear that you can't divide the word of God, you quote John 3:17, to try and say Christ didn't come to condemn the world, but stopped short because in the same chapter John 3:19, Christ tells us why some people are condemned, because they chose darkness rather than light. Because the day I find out that my Pastor is doing things that doesn't line up with the word of God, then I'm outta there anyhow. And I told my Pastor that. Holiness is the only thing that Bible can support God has called us too. Anything outside of that is in error.

I follow God's dietary law because being a biology teacher, I know first hand that those animals aren't very good for you health wise anyway, but Your salvation is no longer dictated by the Dietary laws, just like your salvation is no longer dictated by circumsision.

That makes good sense too as the pig is full of worms (Trichnie). These words cause many health issues and no prayer has removed the worms thus far.

Well basically, a lot of the customs involving the law such as circumsision, burnt offerings, and dietary laws are no longer required for salvation. However don't confuse that with the commandments involving the proper way humans are to conduct themselves. Not Killing, stealing, adultery, honoring the sabbath, and many other conduct laws are still very much in effect.

GOD never give a Law and takes it back unless it is fufilled such as the Law of Sacrifice that was filled by Christ. Acts 10 is referring to fraternizing with the Gentile (read it all it speaks for itself). I work at Children's Hospital here in Arkansas and in this new job i have encountered sooooo many people that are being misled by their pastor. Everybody naming the name of Christ but a lot of them on their 4th husband and wife, lusting, lying,etc. I asked "does your pastor preach obedience,love,cry out on sin." The whole room gets quiet. Tooo many prosperity preachers out there.
