Yeah, it gives me a very distinctive old-style / early Radiohead feel, with a distinctive hint of classic darkwave. I like this. Tremendously. Even with the bizarre, melodic phrasing (which, yes, is very Yorke). It works here.

So I bought this album on Itunes 2 years ago and I have this song in my ipod...but when I decided I actually wanted to own the album and cd a couple of weeks ago I realized this song is not on it......fuck why was it removed?

I know that doesn't answer your question, but it indicates they're either planning something more major with it, (such as someone's bought the rights to it? Or has a grand license?) Either way, except to see this song featured heavily on some series or film. That's typically why it's removed from an album, or only sold with an album, or some-such. Publisher's choice.

it reminds me of radiohead too...and it is good. I love the chord progressions. And the haunting vocals and words, so expressive. this song makes me think hollywood used to be so glamerous and now there are just so many actors diluding it, and that concept is a cool one. Julian's got balls. I'll be seeing him in Houston and Austin tx..and fuck..I can't wait. I'm probably his biggest fan...Which is just because I have such respect for music, vocals, and lyrics..for i do those thigns myself.
