And recently, while being interviewed by Eliott Spitzer, he would not answer questions about where much of his campaign funding came from, and refused to discuss why he believes only Doctors (ie him) should continue to get pay raises.
Rand literally believes, and openly states, that "cuts need to be made across the board, everywhere, except in salaries, benefits and pay raises that Doctors recieve". He then said "If you cut the Doctor's pay, benefits and raises you will be hard pressed to find a Doctor who will treat people who use Medicare". Then, when asked how much he averages in pay each year, he became rude and began to slam Spitzer.

It's a combination of politicians and lobbyists that are causing issues. Have you looked at the economic solution plans the government has put out and are planning to put out? Actually Rand Paul has been bought, a few times over. I encourage you to read the article written in the November issue of Rolling Stone that factually points out just what affiliations he has with lobbyists, corporations, etc.
And recently, while being interviewed by Eliott Spitzer, he would not answer questions about where much of his campaign funding came from, and refused to discuss why he believes only Doctors (ie him) should continue to get pay raises.

You guys who know nothing about load balancing, caching and database write reduction for web servers / sites need to understand that the most highly writable call to a database would be the views, followed by comments. Since it wouldn't make sense to cache comments it would make sense to cache views and update the cache every once in a while.

If you notice that people no longer help other humans when being attacked or if they have passed out on the street. No one will help any longer for reasons unknown. Public proof of this congress failing to up hold their oaths and the rules of their respective bodies means they forfeit all authority.
