  • Is it 10-15 FPS more or is that what it will be?

  • @FrantiicSnPZz 10-15 fps more. Are you kidding me? No. It will be a gain of 2-4 fps if your fps were 25-30. Gain of 3-5 fps if your fps was 60-100 fps.

  • @krasav4ik82 Ok dude calm down damn. I was just asking a damn question :P

  • @FrantiicSnPZz Watch the video and then ask questions.

  • @krasav4ik82 I did i just had to ask to be sure :S

  • @FrantiicSnPZz Thumbs up and subscribe to my channel for more great tutorials and IT info. You will learn a lot. Peace.

  • I got a Geforce GT 220 with clocks of 625mhz core, 1350 mhz shader, 400 mzh memory and 46 as my fan speed with temps of about 55-60. Any suggestions on how to safely overclock it? Thanks :)

  • @blaze189044 Use this tutorial and overclock by 20 mhz. Test it stability with furmark software. if stable and you did not see any freeze up or any lines like artifacts move to another 20 mhz.And so on till you will find instability, than use the latest stable clock.Software overclock is safe.Do not let your temp go over 96c.Fan can be increased to 50-60 %.Use this method for gpu and than for the memory.GPU unstability will freeze up everything. Its ok restart pc and lower by 20 mhz.

  • does anybody know how to overclock a intergrated nvidia 7050

  • @mrkgarcia8 Do not overclock Nvidia 7050 chipset. It is part of chipset on motherboard. Those chipsets are know as very hot chipsets. Overclocking it will bring even more heat. Your north bridge can cook itself. Do not do it, because it has small passive heatsink cooling. Plus that chipset so slow, it is not worth it. Trust me I am extreme hardware pro, when I say it is ok - it is ok, when I say it is not - you better stay away. Good luck.

  • hi what are the precautions i can take when overclocking? does increasing the fanspeed reduce the chance of overheating? what else can i do to keep temperatures low?

  • @ACSBarker You need to make sure you have a good air flow in your case.

  • can i always keep the setting i have made? when i test is says everything is fine.

  • @SuomiLEGO Yeah, you can. Keep in mind running this overclock for all the time will reduce your video card life 5-7 years by about 1 year. Not a big deal anyways.

  • @krasav4ik82 Okay but it is good thing that my GPU tempature is something like between 60 - 78? My video card is 7300se/7200gs.

  • @SapTheRogue any alternatives?

  • Comment removed

  • what if i keep my fan speed always at 100??

  • @jayomu Well, it is noisy. If you can stand the noise then keep your card at 100% everytime you play the game.

  • @krasav4ik82 when i click TEST it shows a error that i dont have a EVGA card tho' i have a Nvidia card. i scanned using GPUz it Vendor Id is "nvidia xxx " and not ''evga' so can we fix this?

  • @jayomu Nope, use some other application for testing. Like extreme graphics games(like crysis 2 or battlefield bad company 2 or BF3 or furmark. Furmark is very good test program. Google for it. Thanks for watching.

  • @krasav4ik82 thanx! (:

  • the test button is not working on my copy

  • how come i dont have the test option?

  • is it safe?? after OC card is stable??

  • @OffRoadVama Yes, that what I said in the video did it?

  • lol sound like fezz wen u say "which is freee and which is noiiiiiiceee"

  • @ThePrinceRohan Yes, you can.The point is - you need to understand the strategy.

  • @ThePrinceRohan Follow the guide and find it yourself

  • @decisionvida Cooler Master U2 Dual fan system. I am testing this product on very hot laptop with geforce 8200 igp. I will do a video how it went. Keep in mind overclocking brings more heat.

  • does this work for a laptop card?

    I have a GT220M 1GB

  • @jt26cfcerfani Yes it does. But dont burn your video. Keep an eye on temperature.

  • Is a 9800gt ecointelligence not connected to the psu safe for oc?

  • @helldrag0n47 Make sure your max temp not higher then 95c and you are safe. Thank you for watching.

  • hey what is the maximum you think of my core clock and memory that my computer can go to? It's a

    Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000 +

    Memory (RAM): 2.00 GB

    Graphics: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT

Gaming graphics: 1791 MB Total available graphics memory

    Privamy Hard Disk: 233GB Total

    and i have 1 Fan

  • @stevengiangz2009 Core clock and memory for 9800 gt right? Increase by 10 mhz core clock and memory and test it, by playing a heavy game by 15-30 min. If there is no black screen, freezing, artifacts(dots on the screen) then increase till you will find that fail spot, then lower by 10 mhz memory and core. Test it, if it will be stable you are maxed out and be happy. You will get the best from your investment. In 10 years of overclocking experience, I never failed(tfy tfy tfy) overclocked parts

  • So when i start the computer i have to overclock again? can i just finish everything click apply then click the x button on top of the right? and shut down and go sleep then wake up turn it on would it still stay the same after i overclocked?

  • Is this good?

    Core clock: 700

    Shader clock: 1750

    Memory clock: 1000

    Fan Speed: 60

    GPU temperature celcius: 45

  • @stevengiangz2009 Yes, now test it, play games, make sure your temp dont go after 90c. It is safe till 90c. Stress it now!Play so nice game

  • what i click next when i fnish everything? just click the exit button then restart?

  • @stevengiangz2009 Do not restart, cause after restart you gotta do it again or load profile. It is soft mode and safe. if you are receiving 25 fps in game avg it will jump to 27 fps which is better and smoother, if you are receiving 50 fps it will jump to 58 fps. That the formula to know after my tests

  • Don't you change to mhz of shader clock too?

  • @stevengiangz2009 Watch the video!

  • @krasav4ik82 i watched it but some other video i saw them change the shader clock by their own and they dont need to follow the core clock

  • @stevengiangz2009 There is a button to the right of shaderscalled Linked. When its linked - shaders changing automatically. Click on it, and it will become unlinked, then you can change the shaders manually. Suggestion: Keep it automatic, like I did.

  • @krasav4ik82 ok i would make the shader in automatic then

  • I would ask, should this effect Anti Alaising?

Ive been missing Anti Aliasing on my GeForce GTX 260.

  • @BraeDoktor No it should not.

  • i can't test :O

  • can the gts 250 super-clock model overclock more than the normal model or is it a stock card ?

  • @nashsamadhot Yes, it has a better cooling design, and a hand picked chips. However, by 1-2% - not that much just 10-20Mhz higher. I dont think it worth to pay extra 20 bucks for it. Hopefully, you got your answer. Grab yourself a Radeon 5750 1Gb - it is a better choice and smarter investment, I paid 129.99 at newegg for my Radeon 5750.

  • hi, just want to know if you know any good program for overclocking any AMD phenom processor.

  • @nashsamadhot Hi, sorry, I switched from AMD, since AMD64x2 in 2005. I think AMD overdrive is the good one, but I do not personally record overclocking cpu over the software, do it in the bios.

    Thank you for watching.

  • @krasav4ik82 Can the gts 250 super-clock model overclock more than the normal model or is it a stock card ?

  • @nashsamadhot can the gts 250 super-clock model overclock more than the normal model or is it a stock card ?

  • cn u say me how to increase video card memory in vmware fusion 3??

  • hi, I'm very interesting with your graphic OC explanation. Just to let u know I've never OC before so I'm very pleased if can u help me through finding the best score for playing GTA4 on my card. heres my PC spec: Win 7 Ult (32bit) i7 920, Asus P6T, 3GB DDR3 RAM, MSI GTS250 1GB (twin frozr). I have the MSI Afterburner one. never use it because I'm not good enough in computer. I'm quite understand with this tutorial but really need help regarding the right amount to put them in my MSI Afterburner

  • go head and set the same GPU frequency and memory and fan speed. Have fun!

P.S: No matter - if you have this one and that one.

  • @krasav4ik82 : Firstly first, thanks for the quick response. I'm very impressed! Okay, so I'm not pretty clear about this one. Are u saying that just leave it with the default setting? Because to play at high level of this game it seems not working well. I mean its lag everytime of that. I've noticed that many people posting their game here in YouTube run smooth with no lags at all. And its surprised me most when their PC spec much lower than me.

  • So I'm wondering if theres something to do regarding this OC setting. Maybe to OC your processor are the way to make it run more fps or something. I'm not really sure but must be other way to find out whats the best u can get for your GPU performance. So any tips and advice are much appreciated. Thanks!

  • Oh if you are talking about recording it is depence what kin dof software you are using to record your games and methods. I suggest you to use Moroz Video Capture, every single of my video was recorded in the software capturing program that I developed. Some was also even on 9800 GT

  • @krasav4ik82 : not the video but the game their posting here are very fine to play and run very smooth compared to my card. Infact my card got much better than them.

  • I told you, if you want to record videos smoothly and the videos will be using like i was recording with dual core 3Ghz and Gts 250 + 4Gb - you need to buy Ultimate Video Capture(moroz Video Capture) and with rock solid customer support I will make sure you will be able to capture up to 90% industry games with awesome videos and good performance.

  • By buying my soft I will gave you for free Moroz Video Converter, that can cut the video join them together, put watermark on the video and output videos into most know video formats.

  • Plus since you will be first 100 people, I will put your name in credits, so my soft is possible because of those people: and your name in credits.

  • I have loaded on the same page but in my case is not test because I have windows vista ultimate on my pc could you please help me because sry for me englisch^^

  • guys this program doing better my video card :S ? :P

  • lol it worksbut wont let me test so i press apply instead . tems are below 50 degress so its alrite i hope :)

  • hey I just downloaded this and started using it but for some reason, I cant use the test button and im scared I might mess up my video card

im wondering if it's because i use vista

    I have a Nvidia GeForce 9400 gt

  • I did not understand the question, you scared because of Vista?

  • @krasav4ik82 ha sorrry i messed up my question a little bit

im wondering if this is compatible with windows vista because I am unable to use the test button

  • he can't test the settings

    only apply

so he might not know if its too much

and he might fry his computer

  • No he will not fry his computer, he need to do like I said by 10 Mhz, then dowload the free 3dmark2006 and test it to times, and then again by 10 mhz. This is alternative.!

  • I think this is weird for GeForce 9400 i 9500 GTs.

  • No he will not fry his computer, he need to do like I said by 10 Mhz, then dowload the free 3dmark2006 and test it to times, and then again by 10 mhz. This is alternative.!

  • ive tried this program and it wont give me any frames

  • i did not get it explain yourself better.

  • program does nothing for me

  • Why? it should. What is your spec, what are you setting. Sound like you done nothing to explain, i bet you dont even click apply button

  • i put the first setting on 400

    the third on 300

    and clicked apply

should i put it on full?

    i have Nvidia 7300 GT

  • Watch the video first, if you short on memory, take the pen and write down exactly what I will say. You should learn how to listen wise man! I spend 10 minutes with clear instruction of what and your are not even doing it, open a window and jump now :-) lol

  • im not short on memory

i did EVERY THING you did

    still nothing

i can't even access the fan speed

  • install the latest drivers

  • try MSI afterburner tool - google for it. Use same technique I am saying and showing on the video.

  • will it work on intel r 82815 graphic card

  • No it is designed for Nvidia cards only.

  • buddy, i don't have cooling systems so is that safe ? also please show me how to overclock my processor for GTA IV :(

  • Very nice tutorial, I was looking for a video made by someone knowledgeable. Good job.

  • Thank you for watching, keep in mind it the safest way.

  • is this safe?

  • Yes, it is safe. You do not physically modify your card, only thru the software. If the overclock will not be stable card will freeze. Make sure to increase and test by 10 mhz, and you will be fine.

  • thanks for the advice

  • Hi! Great video and toturial! =D

But why you need to overlock your card?

    Thanks for sharing!

  • Thanks for watching, you need to overclock your card to gain 5-15 fps more, and in some games it will help to get you a playable fps.

  • how much could I OC a 9400gt ....im thinking buying one.... reply please

  • Dont buy 9400 Gt, its a crappy card. Collect some money and buy 9800GT as the minimum, so you will enjoy. 9400Gt is so bad, you will not be happy with it.

  • thats wats i have :(

  • THX, sweet guide, how about a CPU clocking guide next.

  • Thanks for watching and the cpu tutorial will be out today-tomorrow!
