could you please give me some tips.. i'm ret, the issue is, when he summons the weapons by themselves, i can burn them before the other adds are resurrected. maybe my dps is too low? and by the adds are resurrected, they all come to me, and the mixure of all their cc just screws. me... what kind of gear do i need? i have a pvp set with ilvl of 390 or tank set with 384... any advice would be greatly appreciated

thanks for the vid mate, downed him on my second try. First try I completely forgot about the debuff when he lobs you in the air, and I just stayed on him like a retard and ended up with 16k max hp :P

only hard part I found was p4, lots of damage, and I almost died a few times. Cheers!

good video i just solo on my shaman. different difficulties and advantages but ya its hard to solo for any class. unless u a hunter just roll head on keyboard =)

Well done, glad to see rets can solo this. I have two questions if you don't mind, one how long dose it generally take you to kill him? And my second question is do you think gear is a big factor here because I see your very well geared.

@tazon2584 I think this kill took about 22 mins, probaly killing him in 20 mins now. Gear is very important because of ph 3 where all the adds came out together. If you can't kill them fast enough, the cc will kill you.

Great work. After trying a few hours I'm getting a consistent P4 but then just drop from normal fireballs, phoenix, and Arcane Disruption spam. Anything extra besides seal of light and WoG on cd? (after switching back to 2H of course).

And is your spec semi standard 4.2 pve with Selfless healer or do you add anything more like eternal glory or last word?

@Morrigan4242 Make sure you have a pvp trinket equipped, this one piece can be such a lifesaver. Make sure you use the legendary shield for the first pyroblast then divine prot the next one. AS far as spec goes you can go with a pve spec as long as it has selfless healer. It may not be necessary but for learning and getting a 1st kill it helps out a lot.Don't use Eternal glory, if healing is an issue go with last word. If you have any more questions feel free to ask and I will try to help you.

If your having trouble with dps, make sure you get some drums of the forgotten kings and eat str food and use a str flask. Use seal of rightousness when the weapons come out and divine storm the weapons down. Pop cds as needed when the advisors all come at once and pvp trinket the first conflag from capernian. If you get a 2nd one you might want to bubble it to get her down before telonicus gets to you. If healing is a problem, make sure you are specced into selfless healer.

Wonderful, for the past month I've been attempting to solo this as a Retadin myself. I've had the execution down, but now it's mostly down to not having enough DPS/self-healing.As a result I had resigned myself to having to kill him with people until the next expac, but your video has inspired me to keep trying once I have better gear.
