No Ravertube22. The hardware in the PS3 is heavily outdated. The GPU alone is 3 generations old, and The Cell is terrible for gaming. A $600 gaming PC would eat a PS3 for breakfast. Take a game like RE5 which runs at around 25fps on the PS3, yet on the benchmark for the PC version I was averaging 85fps with settings higher than the consoles run at. But that's to be expected when you consider the fact that the consoles are running last gen hardware.

Why do you think crysis isnt on any console? Its not because the hardware in a console is not powerfull enough to handle such a game. And even when a new higher performing console with newer hardware comes out, PC hardware will still be way ahead.

And also, GTAIV can actually run fairly good on a 500 to 600 dollar PC. It all depends on what parts you get. Of course, it will not run on a 600 dollar pc you buy from the shop. But that doesnt matter anyway because most PC gamers build their own computers.

Why do you think almost all console shooters have an aimbot where as PC shooters don't? You simply cannot aim for crap with a controller compare to a mouse and keyboard. Just look at a game like L4D and how hard expert is on console, yet it's a breeze on PC. And no, PC's do not have to be expensive. $600 will beat a console. Your x360 is $300, +$60 per year for online, +$10-30 extra for each game, +$100 for your HDMI cable. An x360 actually costs more than a PC in the long run.

Because you simply cannot aim properly with a stick. And second, XBL is complete garbage compared to gaming online with a PC.  And that's also not even an opinion. Aimbots practically a requirement? I'm not sure what you're talking about. I can aim pretty damn well on my console shooter without one. Sure, PC's and their games have a lot of pros compared to consoles but they are very expensive to use and maintain. Xbox 360's are cheap and are fun enough for me. Honestly, I don't like people that go on and on about how their console or PC "wins" for whatever reason. They do both have their pros and cons. Period.

Console RTS's are virtually unplayable with a controller. Take a look at Halo Wars and how dumed down it had to be to be controllable. Zero Punctuation stated it best when he called it "babies first RTS". In short, the entire RTS genre practically doesn't exist on consoles.

Cengine 2 has overall better quality of graphics the reasin cryengine 3 was toned down was because xbox360 and ps3 run on old graphics cards even 2nd and 3rd generation xbox360s still use Gtx1900
