It's a shame this series has such a low view count. I was looking for something much more detailed than this, but found this to be extremely helpful for someone that knows nothing about biology and wants to get their feet wet. I subscribed and am now spreading the word.
At DDC (DNA Diagnostics Center), We test two DNA samples per person instead of one. We do this to compare the two samples, independently, so you know you're getting 100% accurate results. No other lab does this besides us.

Sounds like their lab messed up.
