i remember this i was there, some cunt put a bomb in the car park and we all had togo outside,my drunk mate nearly got the jail he was under cars looking for it!!

I was there too! The cunt that planted the bomb did it in the ladies' bogs, not the car park. Atrocity were half way through their first song, when a big, bearded guy grabbed the singer from behind and then told everyone to get out. He told everyone to leave in an orderly fashion and then said it was because there was a bomb in the ladies' toilets. Was anyone else there?

Yeah, i was there. I was actually supposed to interview the band but due to the threats it had to be cancelled. My mate was also one of Glens personal security guards that night. I was into tape trading back then to so ive got the original audio tape of Deicides, Cancers and Atrocitys set. I used to video trade back then too and had this whole gig on video, along with Cancers set and the bomb scare. Ahhh, good times!

I was there, but i was only 18 then, had to get last train home anmd missed the gig ....twat :(  i remember i was down the front when the guy came on stage, after all the trouble of getting to the front, nobody wanted to leave (bomb or no bomb) when we eventually did, we sort of hung around the doors so as to be 1st back in. The security couldn't understand our stupidity. thought it would get re-scheduled and was gutted when i found out the next day that they played :(

Yeah man, I was at this and we all had to wait outside for over an hour because the porkies stormed the place during Atrocity's set!!! A couple of me mates ended up in the manchester evening news (we came up from liverpool) lol Fucking great gig man! Defo the most memorable ive ever been to. I was only 15 or 16 at the time lol
