I love the look of these cars but the stock power is pretty well pitiful. Very sweet ride though.

eh... it's not great power, but it will kick you in the back. had an '88 and it went pretty good. its the torque you feel. not a great top end. now add cams, full exhaust, intake, fuel system and EMU. Now we're talking.

a l98 c4 maybe. A LT1 makes a good amount of power and with barely any money in it you can push 400 horses.

i got an 85 vette and i havent dynoed it but i put intake/exhaust and better ecm and beat an 08 mustang with ecm, so im probably close to 350hp/450ft/lbs, pretty cheap too, parts are common so 300 intake-200headers-200 ecm... wel and 300 for the rest of the exhaust

I new i wasn't alone. The only disappointing this about the c4 is the horsepower of the early models.

@bboysoy that corvette doesnt have the LS1, it has the LT1, the LS1 didnt come out until 1997. this is a C4 corvette, the LS engines didnt come until the C5 vette
