  • Do you have to have a My D-Link account?, or can i just view it on my home network and/or portforward it out?

  • @Baker3OrDieHard Nope. You don't have to use mydlink to use the camera, but it's FREE and very useful. I would give it a try first. Port forwarding and dynamic DNS is another option, but mydlink is definitely the suggested method. Plus there is an iOS and Android app!
