I taped this off the TV in 1990. It's one of the tapes that I left at an ex girlfriends house. Along with about 150 other Scotch 180 Tapes that contained hour after hour of classic concerts and Television from the late 80's and through the 90's.

Technically, it sorta is. For the audiance's sake it's in English, but in the film itself, the characters are speaking French and Dutch. Many background people later in the film are speaking French to give that illusion, and a French girl mistakes Theo's accent for German
