Look, what I think bout the story of mw3 is. So allen got killed by makarov, so the army still wants him dead, as well as the two man army of soap and price, but we all know that it's a 4 person squad so I think ghost or gaz or sum1 like those 2 cums bac . But onto the army they will go to russia to get revenge for what the russians did. And maybe ramirez might team up with soap and his squad and try to clear their names kill makarov and rip shit till the cant do it anymore.

@Mattaboogum It's implied that Makarov dies because in "the enemy of my enemy" Price says to Makarov "We both know you won't last a week" and then Makarov says I'll see you in hell. Ghost IS alive because if you do a noclip cheat you can see that Ghost was not burned, only roach, and it's possible to survive a shot to the stomach. :P
