The man he was talking to wasn't a actor, it was a lighter, who shouldn't have been in the scene to begin with. The director should have been a pro and calmed Bale down. It's his responsibility.

The DP was in the wrong, but my point is you just don't do that to people when you're in that position. It shows a lack of respect for others. Chew him out, sure, but not like that. That's one reason it's on youtube. Sometimes not everything is just mindless fun, but you can learn something from it too, like how not to be a wanker. Perhaps whoever did it wanted to teach Bale a lesson through public humiliation. Who knows?
Checking out your channel, you must've liked Aronofsky's The Wrestler with Mickey Rourke. Amazing film. If you haven't seen it, I definitely recommend you check that out. Now there's an amazing actor who's also a bit messed up.
