Hey, I was wondering if you could help me figure out how to download my DVDs I have onto the computer and be able to use like movie maker to edit them. I swear I tried it a million times and after waiting an hour for it to encode it doesnt save where I put it and movie maker is being weird. Great video tho. Officially a fan:)

how do you get the masking option? i have Sony Vegas 9.0, but when i look for the masking it isn't down there.

@misszeldafan15 Do you have a Pro version or a movie studio version, because only Sony Vegas pro is equipped with the masking tool.

masking i understand for photoshop... but what's the point of doing it in video editing software?

@DisneyHDOnly For crossovers, it easier to chroma key for video manips but if you have a scene that you can't chroma key masking comes in handy.

@serenalovesdarien okay, that is Sony Vegas Pro 9. It's a professional level editing suite so it's rather expensive, you can download a 30 day trial though

@pathfinder345 Once you've saved it as a video file with the green background, when you want to use it all you have to do is chroma key out the green
