No, John Southern's loco was, I believe, one of the Powell 2 cylinder Duchesses.

I am a 7 1/4 inch guage driver. What country is this? Is it a public track and do you alow people to visit? ie people like me.

If you are a member of the 7-1/4in G Society, you will be able to make contact with this private railway for a visit. Unfortunately, the insurance regime now precludes any public running. You would be made very welcome.
