jusqu'à le "bone spliting" c bon ,par contre le choix de l'axe de forage devait être plus palatin que vestibulaire afin de ne pas toucher ce volet osseux vestibulaire bien obtenu au départ, ce qui fait que la stabilité primaire lors de l'insertion de l'implant était quasi nulle est qui devait être obtenue par sa partie apicale.
