Howard Dean, like him or not, has been an incredibly effective DNC Chairman. His resignation doesn't make sense... I mean, who are they going to replace him with? Bill Clinton? As far as I understand it, Dean is trying to end Clinton's charade so that the Dems can be unified in time for the convention--which is the first pulse of momentum for the actual presidential race.

You know what else? Seeing the Clinton is owned by the same people who own McCain, maybe she's doing this on purpose?
