I've done a mechanic class, HHO does increase MPG, the combustion is better since hydrogen+ oxygen combustion has high velocity helping the combustion of gas, in fact it does the same job that a catalyser does but in the engine, instead of wasting fuel in your exhaust since gas combustion in ICE is never a complete combustion of the mixture air/gas, hydrogen/oxygen burn faster and at an higher temp needed to complete the combustion, engine overheating is to be monitored

The Alternator is NOT running DIRECTLY the piston-engine. It (the alternator) has to be oversized (5Kw in my analogy..) in order to supply the current for THE brute-force electrolisys, that in it's turn will supply at all the fuel (or at least 50%) necessary to be burned by the engine.
So you will "waste" 6KW from engine to "create" the fuel and the rest of 44KW wil remain for the propulsion itself.

I've done a mechanic class, HHO does increase MPG, the combustion is better since hydrogen+ oxygen combustion has high velocity helping the combustion of gas, in fact it does the same job that a catalyser does but in the engine, instead of wasting fuel in your exhaust since gas combustion in ICE is never a complete combustion of the mixture air/gas, hydrogen/oxygen burn faster and at an higher temp needed to complete the combustion, engine overheating is to be monitored

If you sum up the energy of the water pressure and the barge's potential energy in the air, they are slightly less than the energy to fill the tank.

The shuttle's fuel is made through hydrolysis, a very time consuming and expensive process. Cost effective for the space shuttle - which costs millions of dollars to fill - but not even effective for putting on a running car.

YES. Hydrogen DC electrolysis cells are such a scam. I spen over 2k in building all kind of different ones. Ended up with all electronics required EFIE and MAP and over 2.5L/min injection into 1.9L BMW engine. 0 mgp gained...... @2500 rpm 1900cc engine sucs in approx 300 gal of air/min. So thats 1200L/min vs 2.5L/min of HHO. 480:1 will never do it!! I gave up of course after I have talked to many other HONEST folks regarding HHO boosters. Its COOL - yes, any use - 0mpg gain - Engine clean up?

Also the leaning out of the gas/air mixture causes all problems in the engine including carbon and overheating. Such a high price for a non-existant gas mileage increase.

So you are running 12 volts into a water bottle on your car? Where is the energy coming from for the hydrolysis? Off the generator? Where does that energy come from? The crankcase? Where does that energy come from? The pistons. Where does that energy come from? The gasoline. Let's hook up the alternator to the engine and the engine turns the alternator and the alternator provides power to run the engine. Now let's put a 50 kW alternator on that same engine, same result. The Alternator is NOT running DIRECTLY the piston-engine. It (the alternator) has to be oversized (5Kw in my analogy..) in order to supply the current for THE brute-force electrolisys, that in it's turn will supply at all the fuel (or at least 50%) necessary to be burned by the engine.
So you will "waste" 6KW from engine to "create" the fuel and the rest of 44KW wil remain for the propulsion itself.
