Chidambaram, Manmohan. they r all Qualified...but what's the use ?? when they couldn't do anything becoz of Leftists ? for first 4 years except for administrative changes govt couldn't do anything.only Nuclear deal. And claim 9% growth. When asia grew on average 6.5% and World grew close to 4% whats the big deal in having 8.5% average growth ? Atleast bjp with limited resources encouraged FDI, and extended what Manmohan has left behind. Growth during Bjp was 5.8%, growth in asia then was ~4%.

100% growth means nothing. He is bluffing. U have to talk by comparing with other countries. That doesn't mean he doesn't know what is he talking ! He is talking becoz 95% don't know how these numbers are considered. When Bjp India grew 3.5% in 2002-03, then world economy grew less THAN 2%. We had economic sanctions. WHEN INDIA grew at 9%, world economy which includes even africa grew at 4%. Not to mention how SEZ and other economic liberties of bjp helped congress. There is always a lag period.
