personally, I like alder as a body wood. I hear much more of a unique tone from such a thing. combined with blackouts...melodic death metal never seemed so entertaining. I like the two type neck idea though. Makes me want a custom. Too bad customs cost and arm leg and firstborn.

Loads of people ask me for airbrushing on the backs so its really quite common. Shame the stand fell over and destroyed the "War" guitars paint job though. Craig fraser (the guy who airbrushed it) is repainting it as i type.
