There are literally millions of older, almost unused bikes sitting in middle-aged suburban mens' garages. If you put just $20/week in the bank, in 2 years you can buy a good used literbike. By the way, my uncle dropped out of school but had a 20-year career as a local champion nitro methane Harley dragster racer.
Don't think that because you quit school that you're doomed. Take some classes at a local community college, from there you can transfer to a University if you haven't landed something better by then.
I built houses for a couple years, joined the Marine Corps for another four. That's six years after high school spent away from school. Started once I got out and it paid off.
