i really like ur sax playing. it fells bold, and earnest. it fells true and it rings with clarity. im trying to build myself up for the next stage of attaining new awareness of these levels that can be reached. i play sax too and plan on making it a career. again, that was awesome playing. thanks
This reminds me of watching an older youtube video of michael brecker playing invitation when he was younger. Rojas plays an awesome standard and it asks the listener the question, "where is he he going to be in thirty 30yrs when he's so expressive, talented, and insane in his current state. Incredibly to listen to, can't wait for more posts!
Get a motif from the tune you are playing or from something else you hear -- 2 to 6 notes and move it around with the changes of the tune or try to move it around in intervals say 3rds, 4th, 5th, in all twelve keys...

Thanks... actually I haven't transcribed anything sense college. I have been listening to a lot of piano players lately.
