No toddler can be toilet trained if they still lack sphincter control which occurs between ages of 24 mos to 3 years. One sign of sphincter control is the toddler's ability to stay dry for 2 hours or more (both bladder and bowel). Successful toilet training occurs, according Dr. Brazelton, at 3. Relax parents! Nature is doing her thing. Don't push your toddler into what is impossible for them to do. (My wife wrote the book on the normal child. Dr. Brazelton used her  book at Harvard.)

not rele love its simple for a child to pull the little tags that attatch the nappy. Its alot harder for them to pull up underwear tothe correct place

@michelelhm310 yes. 15months way to soon but it really up to your child. Mainly when the nappy is dry more often than not in the morning when u wake them up. This is because it shows ur childs bladder is gaining controll and can hold a 'full load' as it were
