Why should we, the taxpayers have to pay for a track for streetracers? That's absurd and won't happen. If you want to race, go to Cayuga or St. Thomas. If it's far, too bad. The streetracers should pay for their own track. What happens when they get bored of the track? They'll do it again on the streets. If you modify your car like that, you're just asking to get pulled over.
