ina ari....ba adn ah mga maranao san?....haha(oi mayroon bang mga maranao dyan?) haha yan ang tunay na mga Pilipino...Maranao,since the Spanish first Encounter eh may Maranao na.
Wonderfull, u'r like..the ambassador of Philippine traditional music in the U.K.. I brought a set of kulintang & Dbakan to Zaandam,Holland but I'm not sure if they are using it..I did a 2month crash course on it but just a handfull enrolled..
I wish I were related - that'd be so cool ;) I'm a long-distance student of Ma'am Aga, i.e. I come from the UK and study with her whenever I get the chance to go home to the Philippines ^_^
Wow!!... I was her former student in AILM..I did get a chance to play & perform w/them too..played on the gandingan & danced the Sagayan..do you have your own set of instruments there in UK?
I have the ONLY complete set in the UK and perhaps in Europe thanks to Ma'am Aga! I just wish the Philippine Embassy, Filipino events organisers and Filipinos here in the UK would show support for this wonderful indigenous Traditional Music!
salam babo kagui, i really impressed by ur kulintang, it seems it has poetry lyrics, but i couldn't able to fix in my mind, hope some body can translate it for me. If i know ur address, then i'll keep in touch.
Hindi Bisaya ako po. At hindi marunong ako sa Tagalog =( Dapat ako mag-aral Tagalog, pero walang official course dito sa London =[ Ako'y Pilipino, pero ipinanganak sa London.
that's okay! Actually, I was replying to Kalinski's comment... but I understood what you said! I can understand a little bit of Tagalog, but Bisaya is my native language.
