esphesians 5:21-25,honor christ by submitting to each other.you wives must submit to your husbands'leadership in the same way you submit to the Lord. for a husband is in charge of his wife in the way Christ is in charge of his body the church.[He gave his very life to take care of it and be Savior]. so you wives must willingly obey your husbands in everything.

I think that I should say NO but only Let God call any women to be ministry of the women or special teacher. "The Pastor" itself that Only God give His authority to someone who can be pastor in His church. I do not care about how sex they are. They can use the knowledge of God's Word what they need to learn. agree?
