OOOoo nice striper... i catch them all day on the calorado river but not that big.... like 5 to 8 pounds all day... my brothers caught some beast at lake poway....

Man, I didn't realize you guys had such big cats out there in Cali, those are some nice fish man!, LOVE those flattys, but there were a couple of REALLY big blues in there too, nice vid bud, I'll subscribe to ya :) If you ever make it out to KS (biggest flatties in the world) give me a ring man!

catch and release actually messes up the whole cycle of fishin u tard once the babies hatch the big ones tend to feed on alot of the babies so takin the big ones helps the lil ones live so they mature and get big

I can see your club does not practice any catch and release those big fish become bigger fish,but they wont get any bigger once you sink a hook into them. Practice catch and release,dont be a virus that depletes and then moves on.

that just a reallllly dark flathead or what? Blackest catfish i've ever seen. I've never fished socal. Just midwest states and the south... maybe it's the area. i dunno but damn that's dark.

why are those blue cats so dark here in indiana the blues that i catch are actually baby blue in color not black and the flat heads are similar but ours are a little more yellow

the flatheads must have been from the blythe area, I saw Hesperia lake in there (sturgeon), and maybe Diamond Valley?
