  • i think this is the best overdrive i've ever heard. any other reccomendations? btw your videos are really really awesomoe man, and your daughter is adorable

  • i wonder what would happen to your finger if you put it in the way of those spinning knobs...

  • Hello... i have a tc electronics g system and i want to connect it direct to a mixer, can i use this pedal or what you recommend me... Thanks! Nice review.

  • I love your videos, they're right up there with the best of them... but I have one question. Do you have favorite pedal and if so what is it?

  • Don't worry, found it.

  • What's that second guitar, the red one with the hollow head stock. It sounds epic!

  • @TyneGibbs12 No.

  • @Burgerman666 Just kiddin man. :P

  • @TyneGibbs12 that's kinda creepy...

  • If it didn't sound so awesome, that would be a SERIOUS waste of money

  • What tonal range does this pedal have compared to the other trex pedals?

    sounds great?

  • hello burguerman. a question, can i use it as a clean amp simulator at minimum gain settings?, sorry my bad english.

  • @jorgepavel You can, yes. Although from my own experience I would have to say that it does better dirt sounds than clean.. Just my opinion, of course. :)

  • Did you use that one as direct-out to computer or did you use any amplifier?

  • @borlandwes All of the SpinDoctor-on-desk stuff is through the computer.

  • Must admit I love my Spindoctor. I've got it running into a Boss 10 band EQ then into a Blackstar HT-5 on clean connected to a 2x12 cab. TC Electronic Modulator, Delay and Reverb in the effects loop, sounds great. It turns a good little 5W amp into 4 channel monster ;)

  • Hi Burgerman, thanks for a great demo. It's probably me, but I find the SpinDoctor to be a bit sterile in sound, while I expected some warmth from the tubes. Anything digital going on in there?

  • I don't know that there is anything digital but to be honest I haven't looked under the hood. Sorry I can't be more help. You might have to shoot T-Rex an email to clarify that one. Thanks for watching!

  • @GAIVS2007 I agree-it sounds sterile and lifeless to me too.

  • It's incredible how quickly the knobs spin round to their pre set positions... great pedal, sounds awesome, bet it costs the earth!

  • wow that's a killer pedal

  • wow amazing tone you're getting out of that thing!

  • Thanks! It's not hard. :)

  • Ill bet this thing is EXPENSIVE!

  • $600!!

  • Yes, but the knobs spin.

  • hahahaha point taken!

  • I love the auto spinnig knobs more than the sound. It's cool!

Sadie's a fun kid. Does she play music?

  • She does indeed play music. She's learning piano and guitar very slowly but isn't afraid to attack any instrument lying around the house and we have many. She's one of us... :)

  • Whoa, how cool is that, to see the dials spin to the positions you've stored them in.

  • It's very cool unless you're on mushrooms and aren't expecting it. Then it's satan.

  • Sadie is like the Vanna White of guitar pedals.

  • Heheh. Thanks. I think. Sadie doesn't go much for the crochet and knitting though. :) It's all Barbie and Shockwave at the moment.

  • I really like the vids.

    Your daughter ROCKS.

    Very Cool kid.

Nice to have these here to check out these pedals before buying.

  • Thank you sir! She does indeed rock my world and by the sounds of it, many others' as well. That's a nice thing. Cheers.
