This is sweet, it reminds me when we had a huskey named Nicky, who we called "Oobie", because we had just gotten a poodle named Nikki. Oobie would always sing "oooohhh web web" when we left or went to sleep. Nikki hadnt gotten used to her new home, so she hadnt barked or anything, until Oobie had died. I might call that singing if you were singing and the dog joined in. Apart from provoking a husky into howling (as they can't bark they howl) I hear this daily from my boss' husky. It's not singing it's howling ;). Most likely because it is worried you are also howling ;) This can make husky's very upset.
