  • @kathryncarver Well, go for chicken or turkey breasts. You can even get them precooked. Just make sure you remove the skin and any extra fat. There is even canned chicken, but that is not as good as the real thing.

  • @maryestes24 That's a tough one...not to be able to control what you eat. I will think of something for you, and right off the bat I'm wondering how your family would feel about you cooking dinner every so often. that might allow yout o help choose what gets brought into your kitchen.

  • I enjoy watching your videos! I had a question I hope it's not too gross , what should I do when I'm on my monthly girl thing? I get such bad cramps I don't feel like exercising or even getting up from bed.. But I don't want to stop my hard work of exercising almost everyday

  • @Ddelicious07 Gosh - I used to also have super bad cramps! I found that Tylenol or aspirin actually took them away 100%. That said, if it only lasts a day for you, make that your day off. You do need time to rest and repair, so it is not a waste of time. You can also use the day to stretch or do yopga, which can also help with the cramps. Hope that helps.

  • @croshayallday If only I did have a llama! I grew up with neighbors who used to walk their llamas, and I always thought it wasd the coolest thing.

  • Are there more examples of kinesthetic (or however you spell it) training that are free (or that you can do at home) other than the ones you mentioned?

  • @Maureenrox13 Callisthenics can include a variety of movements such as jumping, kicking and twisting, or using your own body weight for resistance -- like pushups or lunges. They use them in themilitary a lot!
