As someone's who suffers both Bulimia and Anorexia Demi IS in fact my role model. I now eat because of her. I sleep because of her. I sing because of her. At the same time I do yoga to keep a womanly looking body. I went from being just 72 pounds, to being 89. I fee healthy, beautiful and strong. I have maintained an average body shape and feel so happy to have managed to get back to myself.
