believe it to be 90-00223, a D model Chinook perhaps in a Wash Army Reserve unit. serial number 90-00224 was deployed to Iraq with that unit and it has identical numbering on foward transmission cowling. 224 was a rebuilt C model but I couldn't find any fistorical info on 223. hope that helps fwiw, both may be F or G models by now (or at least the few parts of em that are being reused on the newer models. believe it or not there are Chinooks wth over 40 years on the airframes
