@CTboardz Hey, I'm in a similar situation,b ut I think my PC's a bit better. (Not to brag) Anyways, first get the mod called Optifine. This helps with FPS and you can edit more settings to make it look better/worse with more/less lag. The, I'd recommend Camtasia because it isn't as hard on your PC. I can record MC with Camtasia, but not Fraps so yeah, hope it helps.
