Moi was our leader, He did to the best of his ability, He is retired & we should respect him as such. He built KICC, Kasarani & other things He did that continue to put Kenya on the map. He is human & He's to error. I want to respect Moi. Lets build our Kenya today without vengeance.

You are spot on Samantha7300. This gentleman, for all his faults was great. In his simple ways he held this country together. And he knew how to exude power and authority, which is critical in a state like Kenya. Citizens have to know (or at least be led to believe) that the President is on top of things. After all, leadership is not a position, it is action. And moi did all these.
His greatest, and perhaps only, undoing (in my opinion) was his mishandling of the economy.
For your information, HITLER held the country of Germany together even to his death; the same is true of CASTRO... if you want dictators, go get them.
