you can controll them ( i figured out how) but i don't know how to make them apear

all i know is the following

"-" - changes the word to nintendo

and the D-pad to controll the monsters

I believe you're thinking of New Play Control! Pikmin 2. The original Pikmin 2 came out for Gamecube years ago.
